Where am I? I have no clue. The more I drive the more I see how everything in this country looks the same. The people, roads, and countryside all resemble some mush of thought between civil engineers and the angel of mediocrity. The only things that change are the names of the gas stations. Ocassionally, I come accross a rest stop with an obscure fast food joint like Magic Dragon Chinese Express. Ooooooh! Yea, that’s what I want after a long drive; midwestern Chinese. I think I can hear the faint sounds of my ass screaming.

What I can say is that Ohio has the nicest rest stop areas I’ve ever seen. Plasma screens, clean bathrooms the size of most baseball stadiums, and shiny floors. Better than any Jersey rest stop but that’s not saying much.

Ohio looks just like PA.

245 miles out and I had to pee. Filled up 8.9 gallons for a total of 27.5 mpg. Not bad for a subaru outback filled to the brim.
